Waitlist & Enrollment Procedure
NEXT ENROLLMENT PERIOD: AUGUST 2027 FOR THE 2027-2028 SCHOOL YEAR
We enroll once a year in August for the upcoming school year. Starting September 1st, the previous year’s waitlist is made obsolete and a new one is started. If you do not get in for the current school year, we will keep your information in case we have an opening mid-year. However, these openings are rare. If you would like to stay on the new waitlist for the next year, you must email again to be added.
GIGL Enrollment Procedure:

We compile a list of available spots for each age group.

We email all families on the list for each age group.

Enrollment is first come, first serve. The first person to respond and commit with a non-refundable deposit will be given the spot.

Waitlist Application Fee Policy
All prospective families are required to submit a $25 non-refundable waitlist application fee in order to be added to our enrollment waitlist. This fee helps cover administrative costs associated with processing applications and maintaining our waitlist.

The waitlist application fee is due at the time of application.

Payment of the fee does not guarantee enrollment.

The fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a space becomes available.

When a space becomes available, families on the waitlist will be contacted in order of priority and availability.

The waitlist application fee is separate from enrollment or registration fees, unless otherwise stated.
