GIGL participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. Our menus are posted on our entryway bulletin board.
We provide a well-balanced and nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack daily.
Whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables are emphasized in our menus. Meals are home-cooked in our GIGL kitchen, and milk is served with breakfast and lunch.
Growing in God’s Love Childcare and Preschool participates in the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP.) The Montana CACFP is administered by the State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services Early Childhood Services Bureau, PO Box 202925, Helena MT 59620. By participating in the MT CACFP, our center receives federal financial assistance toward the cost of serving nutritious meals and snacks to the children (or adults) in our care. Meals served meet the nutrition requirements established by the USDA.
